Dave has over 35 years of experience as a chef. Starting off training as a baker when leaving school to working his way up in his career to head chef/manager. He uses his creativity and experience to produce dishes that tantalise your tastes buds. From Fresh bakery and Patisserie work to Salads and plates of good wholesome food from around the world. 

Natalie has over 15 years experience in the hospitality trade. Becoming a landlady she ran her first pub at the age of 21. Natalie also has a foundation diploma in Art specialising in Pet/animal portraiture. With experience in teaching Natalie brings her art to the Herb Garden through art lessons and creative workshops, and has created her own art studio/ gallery to do this.
