Stephania started as a Social Worker and Social Pedagogue with a background in Publicism, Political Sciences and Philosophy.

She has further advanced her knowledge through the study of Bach Remedies, Emotional Intelligence and methods like The Release Technique (by Larry Crane), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming), Energy Psychology, TFT / EFT (Thought Field Therapy / Emotional Freedom Technique), Sound Healing, Spiritual Healing and SRT (Subconscious Release Technique), all wrapped up in becoming as well a certified Life Coach. In recent years Stephania has also become a fierce learner of herbalism and the Universal Laws. Through this vast “toolbox”, her own holistic method has sprung up, where each individual according to their uniqueness can create the results they want and live a life at their own measures!
